How do I personalize my gift?
Open the product, type the name or message and, if needed, add your photo. The preview updates as you type. Then add it to your cart.
Can I send my photo after ordering?
Yes. Tick “I’ll send my photo after ordering”. After payment you get a link (on the confirmation page and by email) to upload it.
What photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo, at least 1000 pixels wide. Photos straight from your phone are perfect.
How long does production take?
Most gifts are made in 2–5 business days. Around the holidays it can take a little longer.
How long is shipping to the USA and Canada?
USA: 5–10 business days. Canada: 6–12 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as production hasn’t started. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
What if my gift arrives damaged?
Send us photos within 7 days of delivery. We replace or refund it.
